About

Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Brokenback Ranges in the Hunter Valley, Leogate Estate is a sustainable winery with a rich history. Originally planted in the 1970s by esteemed wine industry pioneer Len Evans, the estate was acquired by Bill and Vicki Widin in 2008. With the guidance of senior winemaker Mark Woods, the Widins have garnered international acclaim and prestigious awards for their wines. Over the years, Leogate Estate has expanded to include a winery, Cellar Door, restaurant, and function centre. With an array of grape varietals, including Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Verdelho, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Tempranillo, Leogate Estate showcases the diversity and quality of the Hunter Valley region.
