About
Gibson Wines, founded in 1996, brings together over 50 years of expertise from its founder, Rob Gibson, a viticulturist, geologist, and winemaker. With a deep understanding of the vineyard's relationship with flavour intensity, Rob, along with his wife Anne and son Adam, upholds a philosophy rooted in the art of wine growing. Their Light Pass property in Northern Barossa, surrounding an 1850s Blacksmith's cottage, features a 5-acre vineyard where Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Fiano flourish. Additionally, the family tends to the historic 'Burkes Hill' vineyard in Eden Valley, dedicated to Shiraz and Riesling.
