Pressing Matters has been crafting award-winning Tasmanian wines since 2006. Located in the picturesque Coal River Valley, their focus is on noble varieties that thrive in the cool climate of the region. With a vineyard that has grown from 7.5 hectares to 10 hectares, Pressing Matters is dedicated to Riesling and Pinot Noir, showcasing the essence of these varietals. Adjacent to their vineyard is the historic Morningside Vineyard, boasting old vine Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Riesling, and a newly established Chardonnay block.
