Nicol's Paddock, a charming family-run Winery & Restaurant located on the outskirts of Geelong, welcomes visitors to indulge in a delightful wine experience at their intimate Cellar Door. Since 1997, Nicol's Paddock has been crafting exceptional wines. The inaugural vintage of Saint Regis Shiraz in 2001 marked the beginning of their wine journey, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay joining the line-up soon after. Today, under the leadership of Jack Nicol and Katherine Anderson, the winery continues to produce boutique Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Estate-grown Rosé, and Shiraz.
