One of their remarkable vineyard sites is located in Little Hampton, Macedon Ranges. Sitting at a cool elevation of 730m, this vineyard showcases deep red volcanic loams over basalt outcrops, resulting in a harmonious blend of aromatics and power. With Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris as their flagships, Shadowfax continues to explore new possibilities with Chardonnay and additional Pinot clones.
