With a commitment to allowing each vineyard site to express its unique character, Shadowfax Winery listens to the needs of the grapes, vines, and soil to create exceptional wines. One of their remarkable vineyard sites is located in Little Hampton, Macedon Ranges. Sitting at a cool elevation of 730m, this vineyard showcases deep red volcanic loams over basalt outcrops, resulting in a harmonious blend of aromatics and power. With Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris as their flagships, Shadowfax continues to explore new possibilities with Chardonnay and additional Pinot clones.
